Bill and Heather promptly responded to my inquiries. Their place is beautiful and in a great spot. The sunrises on the upper deck were gorgeous with the mountain views! The lower deck has the hot tub, where we sat to view the stars. There are only glimpses of the mountains there, but it was still beautiful. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place. We were even treated to visits by 3 bear cubs! It is a quick drive to town for entrance to the National Park or to walk through the town. We made some meals at the cabin and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a wonderful vacation. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I messaged them with some special requests that were relatively short notice and they were not only able to accommodate the requests, but were super responsive and fairly priced. My wife and I celebrated an anniversary here and remarked multiple times that it was the perfect cabin to relax, unwind, and reconnect away from daily commitments. We would definitely recommend this cabin (and Bill & Heather as hosts) to our friends. The cabin is conveniently located, about 5 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg.

Great romantic Air B and B nestled right into the hillside facing east! Sunrises with large beautiful windows. Close to the main strip but you wouldn’t know it from the private, quiet location of the home. Two great decks and wonderful master bath. Great small details like the welcome basket of treats, 4 water bottles, extra Keurig in the downstairs master headroom, made it feel like the hosts really pay attention to details. We will be back!

From the moment we arrived, this cabin was an unforgettable experience. The balconies and views from both floors are absolutely breathtaking, and the elegant design—with rich wood walls from floor to ceiling—creates such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Comfort is clearly a priority here: there were plenty of towels, blankets, and thoughtful touches throughout. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, along with a few fun extras that made the stay feel special. One especially memorable surprise was finding a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge by the soaking tub. Within just 30 minutes of checking in, we watched two male bears chasing each other up a tree right next to our balcony! The cabin is located within 5-10 minutes of the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. As a tip, Ski Mountain Pizza on the way in is absolutely delicious. We had a beautiful, memorable stay here and are already planning to return. Highly recommend!

The owners have thought of everything you need including trays for breakfast in bed! The views from the upper deck are incredible. You can even see Anakeesta on the next mountain across from the cabin (we enjoyed that a lot as well). You will feel like you are up in the trees because you are eye-to-eye with many of the tree tops on the upper level. You can enjoy the view while grilling (which we did) and eat at the table on the upper deck. There is also a large, long wooden table inside. It is really cozy to turn on the fireplace too! The lower level is secluded and private with great views from the hot tub outside or the jacuzzi inside and even the dual rainfall shower (we used them all). It is so relaxing to sit by the fireplace or lay in the hammack too. The cabin is very close Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park you can be there in literally minutes. You also stand a good chance of seeing a bear. We also enjoyed the blow-up bed which even had a headboard. There was also a washer and dryer which came in handy for our hot tub visits. There was free wine, in the wine fridge. coffe bars on both floors as well as bath bombs and shower steamers. Bill and Heather were great hosts and available immediately when we had questions! We would go back in a heartbeat!

This spot was perfect for our honeymoon getaway! Private without feeling isolated. The location was ideal for easy day trips into Gatlinburg. We loved the hot tub and spent several evenings soaking under the stars. We arrived late in the evening and all the lights were on for us upon arrival. The hammock had some mildew but we weren’t going to use it anyway. Turn the thermostat schedule OFF when you arrive. The outdoor camera can see inside the cabin if the blinds are up.

The place was beautiful and very clean. The location was amazing. The only draw back for us, was there was no where to walk the dog, I didn’t realize from the pictures, there was no yard at all and the street is on an incline with no grass to walk either. So we had to get in the car to go somewhere anytime we wanted to walk him. Totally fine and we would still come back in an instant, but I didn’t read that in any reviews so I wanted to share so other guests can be prepared if they bring their pets.

The experience at Bill and Heather's cabin in Gatlinburg was beyond fantastic. Every single aspect of the trip was incredible, and the cabin was one of the main reasons. Not only it was beautiful, clean, organized, and located in a perfect spot, but Bill and Heather were exemplary hosts. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay while visiting the Smoky Mountains National Park. It was close to a few welcome centers, downtown Gatlinburg that had several stores, touristic attractions and good restaurants (by the way, we strongly recommend going to the Greenbrier. Very nice place). When I messaged them to ask about a bbq knife I couldn't find, they answered right away and in a couple of hours they had someone leaving an entire kitchen knife set by the door. We didn't even see the person! We left the cabin after 7 days already planning our next visit. We 100% recommend Bill and Heather's cabin in Gatlinburg, TN. Thank you for the great stay!

This cabin was really close to all the things to do in Gatlinburg. The steep roads don't have walking space so you will have to drive, but the views are worth it. The home was really private even though there are other places around. we didn't use the hot tub and because of the rain we didn't sit outside much. The bed is really low to the ground, I thought it was really comfy though my husband did not. I never had a gas fireplace so I had to message the host and they went over what I could be doing wrong and in minutes we had a fire. also, the neighbors left their trash out and a bear did come up . when I let the host know that they also responded super fast. We didn't see bugs at all in the house and it was a really clean place. I would 100% recommend staying here.

The cabin was spotless, well-stocked, and beautifully maintained. From the cozy fireplace and fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and stunning deck views, every detail made our stay relaxing and memorable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra blankets, a coffee/tea station, and fast Wi-Fi (perfect for winding down with a movie after a day of hiking). If I could give a 10/5 star I would! This place was an absolute treasure! I booked a long weekend for my husband’s 30th birthday. When we entered the cabin they had surprised him with a cake and card! It made his whole day and was so thoughtful! The cabin itself was a beauty and offered just what we had in mind. We didn’t even have the desire to want to leave for adventures. The jacuzzi bath tub and the grill were two of our favorites! Don’t let me forget about the breathtaking Mountain View’s! Their pictures of it don’t do it justice! We couldn’t get enough of the view and would pull up two chairs right by the window and enjoy our meals looking out at it. We also got to see a momma and two cubs right beside the cabin as well as another younger bear later on that same evening! We got to watch them in their habitat which was a bucket list wish for both of us! It felt like home, romantic, comfortable, and an absolute dream of a stay! We will book again! They were also so communicative!

We had a geart stay. The cabin was more than expected. The bears are something to watch out for. We were packing to leave and a mother bear and her cub help themselves to bag of goodies please make sure your car doors are locked in person not by remote.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and we loved every minute of it! The views of the mountains were amazing, and everything was just as the listing described. The location is perfect, being so close to both the main strip of Gatlinburg and the national park, as well as a short drive from Peigon Forge. It was far enough away from the strip that it was still quiet at night but if you needed something, you didn't have far to go. It is also hard to find such a great place that also allows dogs! My two pups loved their mountain vacation as well. I fully recommend staying here!

This is a new and gorgeous cabin that is located on a hill overlooking the valley. It’s so nice we decided to spend a day hanging out in the cabin rather than the hikes we picked out. My only recommendation would be to replace the water boiler as there was not enough hot water to be able to fill the tub.

Bill and Heather’s Airbnb was a 10/10! We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved every moment. The Mountain View’s are awesome and there is a telescope to look at nature and the moon. We really enjoyed the proximity to Gatlinburg (10 min) and Pigeon Forge (~20 min). The best part about this place was the privacy, every wall had a window so you can really enjoy the views, but you are tucked away in the mountains so I never thought about others around! The fireplace was great, only thing to be careful of was it’s below the TV so you cannot have it on all the time else the tv gets warm. Overall wonderful time, I would recommend this place!

Our stay was AMAZING! Absolutely amazing. I actually cried when it was time to go. This cabin is brand new, incredibly clean, and every single thing in it is gorgeous. We stayed at Bill & Heathers place for a babymoon over new years and it was the best decision we could have made. We were pleased to find some select Christmas decor and a little tree and that made us very happy. The place was stocked with soft, freshly washed blankets and the fireplace made us cozy the entire trip. The bedroom and bathroom/bathtub situation was AMAZING. Pure luxury. The location was fantastic, not even five minutes to Gatlinburg. The only thing that would have made our stay better, and let me be clear this did not affect the pure joy and relaxation of the entire stay, is that we are avid breakfast cookers. We’re cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, the works, every morning. Having a plastic spatula and tongs would have been amazing! But we made it work no problem. Can’t wait to come back!

The pictures do not even capture how gorgeous this cabin is in person. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had so much attention to detail. The bathroom came with more than enough accommodations, Q-tips, bath bombs, towel warmer, etc. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the cabin is very close to all the attractions. Bed was comfortable and came with more than enough bedding. During our stay, the host routinely checked on us and would respond quickly if any questions needed answers. During our stay, we utilized both coffee bars which were great. We saw a cute little bear family outside our deck which was great ( host provided bear spray). My significant other and I visit Tennessee every year and I think we have found our cabin to use every year. Will be visiting again!

The views were in incredible and it was easy to get to and from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and more.
