We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. The two story cabin was beautiful, peaceful, and tucked away in the woods, providing the perfect Smoky Mountain getaway. One of the highlights for our family was relaxing in the private hot tub on the deck, both in the evenings and in the mornings while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The cabin had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We cooked a delicious dinner and breakfast in the well equipped kitchen, enjoyed a family movie night, and the kids absolutely loved the arcade games. It was the perfect combination of fun, comfort, and relaxation. The hosts were fantastic and made everything easy from start to finish. We only stayed a short time, but we would love to come back and spend 3–4 days exploring more of the town and mountains. A true 5-star experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Mountain View Hideaway Cabin was truly exceptional — a beautifully appointed retreat that delivered on every promise of luxury and relaxation. The spa amenities were outstanding, and the cabin itself had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. We did encounter two small issues during our stay, but we can’t say enough about Bill and Heather — they stepped in quickly and resolved both without any hassle. That kind of attentive hospitality really makes a difference. Our only lingering note is the glass door on the lower deck, which allows the morning sun to shine directly into the bedroom. For light sleepers, this is worth knowing in advance. A simple shade or window covering would completely solve the problem — and honestly, that one fix would make this a no-brainer 5-star experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape. We’d love to return!

This property is amazing! The home is clean, charming, and private. The neighborhood is calm and quite peaceful! We travel with 3 small furbabies, and the fenced in yard is a Godsend! We are impressed with the comfort of the rooms! There are many thoughtful items provided by Bill and Heather! Spices, coffees, toiletries, and gas grill.... so many items to assist one's stay! And the hot tub is so relaxing after a long day! We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much, Bill and Heather, for such a great retreat!
