This place was an absolute oasis. Hosted my sister’s Bachelorette Weekend Getaway here for a group of 6 girls. It was absolutely perfect. Even with the Flurricane (30 degree weather) we still had a fantastic time and definitely used the Hot Tub lol. The hosts are very communicative. The house was beautiful. Every amenity we could have possibly wanted. Highly recommend!!

We had a quick weekend getaway from the snow of “up north.” Loved the place that had lots of things to do, but also close to a lot of sights and things to do. Will be looking to visit again!

We had a great stay at Bill and Heather’s place! The home is warm and comfortable. Beds were of a wonderful quality for a great nights sleep. The rest of the home was also well equipped for our needs. The star of the place is the back yard. We took full advantage of the heated pool and the hot tub, outdoor dining and living. It was nice to see beach chairs and small coolers to take to the beach in the garage. Lots of games and fire pit available had we had more time to spend there. Thanks so much for a warm and fun getaway in the midst of a brutally cold winter for us northerners!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay!!!! The home was clean and provided everything we needed so we didn’t have to pack it. That makes a big difference when flying in! The location was really outstanding!!! It’s very close to Robinson Preserve (1-2 minute drive) which is extremely nice/beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed walking the trails there. It’s also very conveniently located next to Anna Maria Island where we spent most of our time. Our host was wonderful to work with- very responsive and helpful. Also provided recommendations for everything we asked for. The home was as described, and it was the perfect getaway for our family! We would absolutely love to stay again!

Clean nothing

Very big spacious. Pool and hot tub nice. There are a few things that I would suggest just to make the stay more enjoyable.

This house was PERFECT for my needs. I came down to Florida for a wedding. The wedding was at the nest (3 minute drive). The house was perfect for the day of the wedding. Everyone involved in the wedding was able to shower and dress. Family was able to use the kitchen to cook. Everything worked out. Bill and Heather were understanding of my needs for the house and were quick to reply with any questions/concerns I had. I highly recommend this house if you have a group of people or family in town.

We had a great and relaxing time here, loved the pool and hot tub. The short drive to the beach was perfect. Bill & Heather were quick to answer any questions and were super friendly!

Bill and Heather’s listing was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. It was on a quiet street and close to a bunch of great spots. We didn’t have to drive more than 20 min to get anywhere we went. The house was well stocked. Our kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in there. The house was clean and the laundry machines were an awesome convenience! Bill and Heather always responded to my questions right away and were always friendly. They also sent a lot of great information beforehand about the area and what attractions were around. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again if we come back to the area.

Bill and Heather are wonderful hosts. They were very attentive and thoughtful during our entire trip. The house was just like it looked in the pictures and was very clean upon check-in. The kids loved the pool and games and the hot tub was perfect for the adults. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very spacious. We are already looking to book another trip next year.

Bright, fun home with plenty of space. Each room felt like a master with all king beds and bunks for the kids room. Pool area was fantastic and location was perfect! Close to shopping and beaches. Kitchen space is convenient and well equipped. Overall wonderful experience here!

Bill and Heather were fantastic to do business with — very responsive and flexible throughout our stay. The house was beautiful, and the surrounding area was just as stunning. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely book again if we’re back in the area.

I don't always write reviews for places I stay unless they're top notch or a warning to others. I'm writing this because Bill and Heather's was TOP NOTCH!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Everything was wonderful. The house was VERY clean and was just as described and even better! Close to many beaches, shops, and restaurants. My dog loved hunting the lizards outside lol. This house, and the hosts, Bill and Heather, are everything you're looking for if you're in the market to book a place. Even the pool guy was great. "Shout out to James." I would not hesitate to rent from Bill and Heather again in the future. First time to Florida, but God willing it won't be our last.

We were all over the moon about this place! It wasn’t far from the beach and the place already has basically anything you would need for the beach so you really don’t have to bring much for that. The wagon and beach chairs and canopy/umbrella and the toys all came in handy! Plus so many towels available! The pool felt great and the hot tub was a great plus for when it got late and the pool lights were so nice. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs and they also loved it there. Having everything enclosed was nice for that. So many pots and pans and cups and plates and cooking utensils and even seasonings. The beds were comfortable and the place just smelled and looked so clean. The air conditioning works so good we were freezing our first night but so nice with how hot it is outside. We may just have to come back to this place! Bill and Heather were so quick to respond and very friendly. I don’t think you could regret booking this place! Could comfortably fit 9 people

Bill and Heather were absolutely amazing to work with. I never got to personally speak with Heather but I did speak with Bill more than once. We had a little mishap with the washer and Bill jumped on getting it taken care of right away. He was so helpful making sure a washer got put in so I could wash my family of sevens clothing before we headed to our next destination in Florida. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. My kids are already asking when we get to go back. We spent a lot of time during the day out at the pool and my husband and I played a lot of bags. Once the kids were in bed for the night, we definitely had a relaxing time in the hot tub or having a bonfire. It was just like being at home and I felt we were in good hands. I would highly recommend booking if you haven’t already. I would love to check out Bill and Heather‘s other properties one day.

The house was everything and more than expected. Very kid friendly with plenty of activities for all. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Location was close to everything. Hit the beach 3 days and they have everything you need to enjoy a family day. Wagon, chairs, umbrellas, beach mates, towels, and beach toys. House has plenty of room with 4 bedrooms, huge Kitchen, and Living Room. Kids enjoyed the game room in the garage . Bedrooms are big in size and beds were comfortable. Can't say I have anything negative to say. Very well kept home. Hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend this home. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family did.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our needs, with plenty of bedrooms and a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities—having sheets, towels, soap, and other essentials provided made our trip so much easier. Bill and Heather were very responsive and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. The space was great for hanging out with the family, and the TV setup was excellent for watching football and relaxing. The hot tub was a plus with the cooler Florida weather during our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-equipped, and enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent vacation house！

Amenities galore and very nice host! They have done a great job providing things to where you don’t need to leave. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, shuffle board, cornhole boards etc all make it a wonderful place to stay. All in all it was a great stay and good to get some R&R. Host also rushed an order of sand for the shuffle board to the house as there wasn’t any. They definitely want you to have a good experience. If I were to give constructive feedback, the cleanliness could be improved. For the rate that is paid as a cleaning fee, I was a bit disappointed. Specifically with the lanai. Granted it is outside but I do feel it could be a little better. Again, all in all great stay. Great hosts! Thank you.

Bill and Heather were great hosts. Our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They had everything we needed for a beach trip and only being 10-12 minutes away from our favorite spot on Anna Maria Island made it a great location. We will be back!

My family of 10 people including 8 month old baby stayed in this Airbnb for a week we all had a wonderful time the common areas, kitchen, eating area and living room are very large. The outdoor area is perfect for a large gathering of people and all of the bedrooms were perfect for everyone. All shopping is within 2 miles very convenient as well I would highly recommend this home and if I’m ever in the area again, I will be booking with them as well

We has a girls trip here and had a great time. There was plenty of room. The pool, hot tub and firepit kept us entertained all weekend. There's even a really nice perseve less then a mile away that we had a nice time visiting. Bill and Heather were quick to respond when needed. Highly recommend.

Really good place to visit everything was amazing

Bill and Heather place felt like home. Our group enjoyed their stay for the most part. Unfortunately it was not easy to walk to the beach as hoped for and had to take a 10 min drive instead. Their home was ideal for hosting our study group but I suggest not leaving the pool area and using the back yard. The amount of insects will just eat you alive. Even after using deep woods big sprays it just didn’t prevent our group fight for calamine lotion and afterbite.

The place was very clean and organized. Just a recommendation to fix the pool’s tiles because one of my kids had an accident, he cut his foot with the broken tiles. But other than that everything was perfect! Thank you so much :) we would love to rent here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house, pool, and hot tub at this location. Both the house and pool were clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of towels and blankets available for our stay. Despite the uncooperative weather and a storm that prevented us from visiting nearby beaches, we had a pleasant one-night stay overall.

Bill & Heathers place is super close to beaches and this was a big selling point when booking our stay at there house. There’s also a great spot to go hiking and kayaking close to the property, Robinson Preserve that is only about 3 minutes away from the house. They also provided us with all the amenities you need away from home and this was a big plus for us. The hot tub was a bonus especially after hiking all day. I highly recommend Bill & Heathers house and we will definitely be back for a longer stay in the near future.
