You will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces. This includes the main house, the game room, and the entire backyard with its private pool and Firepit area. Make yourself completely at home and enjoy all the amenities this private oasis has to offer.

We are proud Superhosts committed to providing our guests with an exceptional stay. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, allowing you to enjoy the home all to yourselves. However, we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all.

El Conquistador Parkway sits in one of Bradenton's most convenient corridors — directly across from IMG Academy and surrounded by golf courses, making it ideal for sports families and golf travelers alike. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, yet minutes from everything: Gulf Coast beaches, the SRQ airport, and the dining and shopping of Sarasota and Bradenton. Anna Maria Island's white-sand beaches are just 7 miles away.

Getting around is easy from our convenient Free on-site parking for multiple vehicles — ideal for groups driving in. SRQ Airport is just 5 miles away for families flying in for tournaments.
