-4 Humans Max -Private parking for up to 4 vehicles -Quiet time is 11PM -This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell. -We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay. -If you are pregnant or have been drinking, we recommend you do not use the hot tub. -We can not always accommodate late check-out or early Check-in. We pride ourselves in having a clean house for you to stay in so we must give our cleaning team enough time to do their job in between guests. -A lot of people have sensitive skin so we ask that you bring your own soaps, shampoos and toiletries. We do provide complimentary soaps and conditioners and shampoo. - Our kitchen is stocked with the essential cookware but we do not provide condiments, zip locks, etc. You can pick up your favorite condiments at the local store, or the nearby Meijer, Target or Kroger as well as Walmart a few miles north of our house. We are available via the platform app or we're just a text away for any questions you may have. In case of an urgent emergency please call 911
