You will have private access to the entire home, including the backyard and all amenities. Enjoy a seamless self-check-in experience using a keypad on the front door, located off of Covington Ave. Your unique access code will be sent 4 days prior to your arrival, with a reminder sent again 2 hours before check-in.
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we won't be on the property during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app if you have any questions or need assistance.
Very peaceful and quiet historic neighborhood and quaint setting
Walk to historic downtown Springfield. Numerous bourbon distilleries, wineries, historic sites, shopping, antiquing, horse activities, parks, historic sites, and other activities all just a short car ride away.
All living spaces are on a main floor and can be accessed without stairs. The washer and dryer are in the basement and there are steps to get to the washer and dryer. The deck does have stairs down to the backyard and hot tub/game area. The backyard can also be accessed without stairs by walking around the house from the front or carport.
