SoBro Hideaway in Broad Ripple

This was my first Airbnb experience, it was amazing!

The check-In process was seamless and the door code lock worked perfectly.The house was very clean when we arrived. Everything promised was delivered. The communication with Heather was fantastic. If had a question she had an answer immediately. The hot tub was perfect for what we needed. When you're 60 and walk around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway our old muscles were in need of help. The hot tub delivered. The Broad Ripple area is really cool. It's hip! Lots of cool shops and great restaurant's. Bazbeaux Pizza is a MUST HAVE!

We had such a great stay! Even able to cook a great breakfast in the morning. Bill and Heather were great with accommodating our needs. Hot tub was great. Safe neighborhood, and good distance from downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, great hosts!

I was here for about six weeks on a work assignment. This house fit the bill well for my stay--not too big, and with a fully fenced back yard for my dogs. The street was quiet and the home's furnishings were quite comfortable. Communication with the hosts was fantastic.

The house was recently remodeled and was as fresh and crisp and clean as could be! My friend and I were right at home. The hot tub is well kept and felt amazing and the fire pit was ready to go with a small bundle of firewood included. There was a gas grill and even a patio heater!! There's an old school NBA Jam game and board games for rainy nights. The 2 bedrooms are cozy and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood and I felt completely safe during my stay. I will be looking to book this house again in the future. I liked most everything about it. Honestly, it was terrific!

Bill and Heather were incredible for my stay. They were super responsive, helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond for me and I would absolutely trust booking with them again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Bill & Heather’s for a weekend getaway. Easy to access and very close to many great restaurants and bars in Broad Ripple. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after running around town all day. There was an unexpected Internet outage, due to Spectrum doing updates in the area, and they communicated the outage with us right away. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay in Indianapolis. The place was exactly as pictured and we loved our location near the Children's Museum and Broad Ripple! Our host was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Great place to stay! Nice restaurants close by in a quiet neighborhood. We chose this home for a girls night to reminisce with old high school friends. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us.

I had a great stay at Bill and Heather's place. It was very cozy, convenient, and clean. Everything was just as described and the communication was stellar. The hot tub was clean and made for a relaxing night. I would definitely visit again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The home had great amenities and it was in a relatively continence place for where I needed to be. The beds were comfy, the fireplace and hot tub were such a nice feature for the cold winter. I appreciated the walkway being shoveled and free of ice and snow and having a shovel and ice if needed on property. There were a few things I did touch base on with the hosts that popped out at me- there were a few cleanliness issues that just seemed to be overlooked by the cleaner. These things really did take away just a bit for my rating but overall I really enjoyed my stay here and it felt very peaceful and private for being in the middle of a neighborhood.

This was as described in the bed was very comfortable, which is always important to me. They even extended an offer to me to stay an extra night for free because of the snow. Easy to get in and out of. I was thankful that there was a place to park and not just in front of the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was a perfect weekend getaway! We were close to all the things we wanted to do in Indianapolis. It would be a perfect location to go to a Colts or Pacers game. Even though it was freezing outside, the hot tub was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. We would return. Thank you!

Excellent in every way.

The house was exactly as advertised and so close to many great restaurants and neighborhoods. The hot tub was clean and appreciated.

Very close to the old national center. Had deadbolt locks that you can use when inside to make sure no one can get in, which as a solo female traveler is much appreciated. Very cozy, better than staying at a hotel.

Had a great stay in Indianapolis with the help of Bill and Heather! We really enjoyed the hot tub and NBA Jam.

We Loved it! We had a comfortable getaway from work the hot tub amazing all the big tvs and arcade game really setup to make this place the perfect relaxing getaway.

We truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The property felt welcoming and thoughtfully accommodating, creating the perfect setting for my wife and me to unwind and escape the world for a while. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the spacious, comfortable beds and loved that each room came equipped with its own TV. The highlight, however, was the outdoor jacuzzi adorned with string lights—an experience that made our evenings feel absolutely magical. We’d highly recommend this place to any couple looking for a relaxing, romantic getaway.

This was truly a perfect home away from home for a week of work. I reached out for some help with the hot tub and they were able to help me in less than 24 hrs. Which is really good given that I’m a night owl and work crazy hours. The house was well equipped and very clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood and private backyard.

The backyard was nice. The beds were big and comfortable. The bathroom was small. You could sit on the toilet and wash your hands in the sink. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill between the two bedrooms. The bathroom doors do not lock.

Bill and Heather are great hosts, always fast to respond and very friendly. The house is very nice and updated and has all the amenities and items we needed for our stay.

Absolutely outstanding hosts! I booked, then decided to add a day. They made it incredibly easy and were very responsive to messages. After check out I realized I hadn’t grabbed a coat and shirt out of the closet. Totally my fault. They went out of their way to help me get my things back. Incredible hosts, I hope our travels work out to work with them again!

This Airbnb was a nice place to stay with so many local places nearby. The hot tub was a wonderful addition to their home and definitely added to our stay.

Bill and Heather were very responsive and gave very clear instructions. The house is very comfortable and felt like a home away from home for our one night stay. Their house was spotless and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a safe clean and comfortable place to stay to check out bill and heathers home!

My husband and I with our 3 kiddos under 5 stayed for 3 nights. Great little house not far from everything. The air conditioning was amazing-the whole house stayed nice and cool. Tvs in each bedroom and living room were large & had all the streaming services to link to. Two thumbs up for the tons of amenities in the kitchen. We were able to fit a pack n play in the bedroom. If you have kids I will note to bring travel black out shades, as both bedrooms let in quite a bit of light at night. Beds were comfortable with tons of pillows and blankets. The bathroom size isn’t unreasonably small. Our whole family fit just fine to get around in the morning. I will note the toilet and sink sit across from each other—The space between the toilet and sink is quite narrow for taller people. My husband is 6ft even and he had to put his legs to the side to sit comfortably. I am 5’4 and had no issues. The fenced backyard is private and spacious.

Bill and Heather’s place was exactly as advertised! They were great hosts and allowed an early check-in and for me to stay a day later than originally planned! Both beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was a great touch after a long day. My only minor complaint would be the size of the bathroom. It is fairly small, looks like it was a closet turned into a bathroom, but nonetheless didn’t take away from the overall experience! I would stay here again and would suggest this place to anyone looking for a getaway in Indy! Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality Bill and Heather

Large Comfortable beds, Excellent water pressure in the shower! Hot tub and private yard/patio were relaxing. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Close to shopping and malls.

Bill and Heather were amazing host, the house had everything we could possibly need and if anything wasn’t to our satisfaction they quickly responded and would make it right. Truely a home away from home! Look forward to being back in Indianapolis again next year!

I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The home is just like the pictures, very cozy and accommodating. The interior amenities were great, the hosts furnished and stocked the place with all the essential home necessities so well. it's everything you need. just add people and toothpaste. I was comfortable the moment I stepped inside. The kitchen had everything you needed to eat and cook. every room had a TV and remote. The hot tub worked great. Do note that the bathroom area is small, especially the toilet area. however, it was very clean and as pictured. also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent!

Great stay, definitely adding to my list of stays for next time I’m in town!

We stayed here as a family of 4, and it was the perfect sized house for our needs. Very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds, nice shower pressure, and the hot tub was awesome!

The house is exactly as described and shown in pictures. It is close to lots of things to do. Bill and Heather were great at communicating with us and were very helpful. We did not need additional recommendations from them but I feel if we had needed them, they would have been very responsive. The only downside for our family of four was the size of the bathroom. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.

Bill and Heathers place was perfect for a quick work trip to town. Was close to everything I needed. The house itself was cozy and exactly as described. Hot tub was hot and a great plus! I will be back to use the fire pit and grill when I have a longer stay.

We absolutely loved Bill and Heather's place in SoBro!! Excellent location, comfy bed, super nice hot tub, and even some thoughtful additions like a snack basket and GORGEOUS Xmas decorations. the only drawback is the small bathroom; we are both under 5'9" and our knees touched the sink/vanity while sitting on the toilet 😬 It wasn't a huge issue for us as shorties, but the tall folks might should look elsewhere. Otherwise, a perfect stay!!

Everything was just a described, cozy and clean. Everything was perfect for our weekend get away, we felt right at home! The place is absolutely adorable and thoughtful. Would highly recommend and stay here again if I'm the area.

House is super cute and what we expected. Loved the enclosed front porch and the hot tub was SO APPRECIATED after we ran the races down in Indy this weekend. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were as described. The house was clean and comfortable, and we loved the patio lights (great touch!). The bathroom was a little “cozy”, but it suited our needs and the hot water pressure was really excellent! Furniture was comfortable too. Bill and Heather were SUPER responsive to our questions and needs. Easy in and easy out. Loved the location as it was convenient for our weekend plans. PS — I even used the hot tub in the very light rain on Sunday morning and it was so refreshing!

The place was clean but we were disappointed to walk into a home full of a smoke smell without any heads up notice.

Bill and Heather are my favorite Air B&B hosts to date! Their place in Indy was a short drive some the city and in a quiet neighborhood hood. They go above and beyond for their guests. Everything is labeled so there isn’t a guessing game, even the light switches! Would stay again!

This house was so fun and amazing! Immediately upon walking in, we noticed how stylish yet cozy the interior was! There’s three smart TVs, two king beds, very modern bathroom, big dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Also, the hot tub was amazing! Very clean and private, well everything was clean from what we noticed! We didn’t use the grill or fire pit but it’s awesome that those were there. They even had an alarm system! The neighborhood seemed really quiet and serene, even on Halloween! There’s lot of cute places to eat or drink at, just need to drive about 5 minutes. Overall, it was such a cute and fun stay! Would definitely come again. :)

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb for just under a week. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the perfect water pressure in the shower—something that’s often hard to find! I also loved winding down in the hot tub at the end of each day. It was the perfect way to relax after exploring the area. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This place was immaculate. The kitchen and furniture were awesome, and the beds were cozy. I was frustrated that the EV charger didn’t work as that was the reason I booked here but Bill and Heather tried their best to work it out. They were very responsive to my issues. I wish we had enough time to try out the hot tub and fire pit. From check in to check out, I would recommend this place

We were very pleased with not only the home but Bill and Heather. We came up in a storm and had a couple of mishaps due to storm. When messaging them, they replied within minutes and made sure that we didn’t need anything and offered to even get us something first night when power went out which was a very sweet gesture. We would definitely stay again. Bill and Heather were great to deal with.

This recently renovated home was nicely decorated Very good water pressure and all home systems worked as expected. With two king size beds, it accommodates either two couples or a father and son on a work assignment, as was our situation.
