Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire first-floor home. This includes:

* The front patio.
* The back mudroom.
* The entire private yard.
* Exclusive use of the hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ grill.
* Free, off-street parking is available for up to four vehicles.
