Whimsey SoBro Hideaway is a newly renovated, art-inspired retreat built for couples,
friends, families, and business travelers who want personality with their comfort. Every
room has a story — bold colors, curated art, and thoughtful details that make this
bungalow feel nothing like a beige rental.
THE BACKYARD OASIS
The heart of this home is outside. Step onto the brand-new deck and you'll find a
private hot tub strung with market lights, a wood-burning fire pit with outdoor seating,
a fully fenced private backyard safe for kids and pets, a cornhole set, and space for
outdoor dining. This is where the trip actually happens.
STYLISH SLEEPING SPACES
Primary Suite: a king memory-foam bed in bold, designer-inspired color, with a private
ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet storage.
Second Bedroom: a daybed with pull-out trundle plus a dedicated workspace — great
for kids, friends, or a remote workday.
Living Room: a queen sleeper sofa adds a third sleeping option for the full 6-guest
capacity. A pack 'n play and high chair are on hand for the smallest guests.

GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is self-guided with a private entrance — no meet-up needed. The entire
single-level home is yours, including the backyard oasis, both bathrooms, and the
kitchen. Exterior security cameras cover the front of the property and backyard,
disclosed here in full transparency; there are no cameras inside.
PARKING
Parking is easy and completely free. You'll have free parking on the premises directly
at the home, plus free street parking on the block for extra vehicles or guests stopping
by. No permits, no fees, no apps, no circling the block — just pull in and start your stay
HOUSE RULES
Check-in is 4:00 PM or after; checkout is by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
This home is non-smoking indoors — a violation carries a minimum $500 fee.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and pets are welcome. Smoke and carbon monoxide
alarms are installed throughout; exterior cameras monitor the front and backyard only,
never indoors.

-This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell.
-We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay.
-If you are pregnant or have been drinking, we recommend you do not use the hot tub.
-We can not always accommodate late check-out or early Check-in. We pride ourselves in having a clean house for you to stay in so we must give our cleaning team enough time to do their job in between guests.
-A lot of people have sensitive skin so we ask that you bring your own soaps, shampoos and toiletries. We do provide complimentary soaps and conditioners and shampoo.
- Our kitchen is stocked with the essential cookware but we do not provide condiments, zip locks, etc. You can pick up your favorite condiments at the local store, or the nearby Meijer, Target or Kroger as well as Walmart a few miles north of our house.

I would absolutely stay here again! We only stayed for one night, but we felt very comfortable and right at home. The entire place was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. We especially loved the hot tub in the backyard, it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! The living room was also super cozy and a great place to relax. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!
This home was super cozy and welcoming! Pictures and description were spot on. Absolutely pristine on arrival. Notable mention was the toilet paper. Just like what you would buy for yourself at home, none of this one ply nonsense. Plenty of bathing towels and towels specifically for use with the hot tub. Which was at temperature and ready to use upon arrival. The coffee station was a dream and generous with options. There was even a little snack box which was so kind and perfect for a post hot tub snack. Communication was proactive, thorough and friendly. Cute neighborhood with access to so many food and entertainment options. We were local and truly enjoyed our little staycation. Would definitely stay again!

Such a great property. Location is convenient to every part of the city. The house has been completely remodeled recently with all new furniture. Beds are super comfy. The backyard and front porch are peaceful places to unwind. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved our stay and our “home base” when visiting Indy.

Bill and Heather have a lovely home. Everything worked as stated. Bill was understanding, friendly and very responsive. The rental is well maintained and they clearly take care of the space.
My husband, me, and my 10 pound dog spent 2 nights here. As soon as we walked in the house the hosts had welcoming wines and treats for us. It was a really warm gesture that meant a lot to us. And the house was so cute and clean. I especially loved the aesthetics of the kitchen and bathrooms. The back yard was very cute with solar lights and a hot tub. We used the hot tub both nights ( perfect after a long car drive.) I also highly recommend the brewery Half Liter and BBQ Hall. It’s literally 4 minutes from the house and it’s dog friendly . Service and food were top notch. So all in all I highly recommend this house if you need to spend a night or two in Indianapolis. It’s definitely a hidden gem. The hosts are warm, friendly, and constantly in communication with you.
We stayed one night, last minute and the hosts were awesome at responding and getting us in the house quickly! Everything was clean and inviting and my kids had plenty of room to themselves. Hot tub was an added bonus on a beautiful night after the concert downtown ! 100% would recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit Indy but not wanting to stay downtown.
