Coastal Calm Hideaway

Had a wonderful family vacation. This was a fantastic place. Plan on staying again later this year. Can’t recommend this enough.

Beautiful home , close to beaches , well maintained .

There home is beautiful and has everything we needed and more! I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

The house was clean and cozy, we had all we needed. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool. The location was very good, close to the beach (15-20 min drive time) and close to the grocery stores.

I am going to start with the positives.The beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family. The pool was spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels for our large family and plenty of toys for the beach.Given the price we paid compared to previous vacations in Florida, it was way overpriced for what we got and what we dealt with.First, one side of the house was humid because the A/C was not cooling when we arrived. We immediately let them know. After 2 days, it was at least 78 degrees on that side of the house in the evening. We were out of the home during the day and could not cook because the house was unbearably hot. By day 4, it was 77-80 degrees when a technician finally came. Due to a programming issue, it was 82 degrees our last night there. We were promised a gift card of some kind due to the inconvenience. They never followed through on the gift card.The rug under the dining table clearly needs to be changed out as multiple people tripped over the rug.The shuffle board table is not level so that couldn’t be enjoyed. The garage did not have AC so it was impossible to enjoy those amenities without sweating, which was the main reason we chose this location over others. We were hoping to let the kids enjoy them in the evening when we got home. The owners should have disclosed the lack of AC in the listing. I could list several more items about the house, but I will stop at the things I feel others should know.

We had a wonderful stay at Bill and Heathers. They addressed any concerns we had right away and were just a text away if we needed anything. The heated pool was a nice addition and backyard area was welcoming. We enjoyed the large garage game room area with our family. The home was decorated lovely and we felt right at home. Definitely would stay again.

What a wonderful week we had at Bill and Heathers home! This place did not disappoint. It matched the photos perfectly! Very clean and comfortable for my family of 9 on our vacation! We rented the house to be close to Anna Maria Island and Siesta key and it could not have been a better location! A short drive to a lot of beautiful beaches. We flew in and the home included everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys a wagon! I could go on and on! The pool was very clean with a gorgeous outdoor space! The host were very informative on the area and very responsive! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated with large comfortable beds and lots of pillows. The garage/game room was a wonderful additive to have for my group. When not at the beach or by the pool we enjoyed playing pool and the arcade games! This house has it all and great hosts as well! Thank you Bill and Heather for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend celebrating our son’s birthday at Bill and Heather’s beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, the spaces were cozy and inviting, and the entire property had a warm, home-like atmosphere that made our celebration even more special. We also loved the location. Being so close to the beach was a huge bonus and allowed us to enjoy the best of both relaxation and fun with our family. Bill and Heather were exceptional hosts—kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We are truly grateful for their hospitality and for helping us create such special memories for our son’s birthday. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Bradenton! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless, comfortable, and welcoming everything was. The home was beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. Traveling with teenagers can sometimes be hard to please everyone, but this place was perfect for our whole family. There was so much to do nearby — beautiful beaches, fun restaurants, shopping, and plenty of activities to keep the teens entertained. We especially loved spending time together after long beach days and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the home. The hosts clearly put so much care into every detail, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the entire property was incredibly clean and organized. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing family getaway in Bradenton

Really enjoyed our stay had to just put some things away because of the 2 three year olds , this is our first Airbnb experience overall good.

Great stay

We were a family of 8 and we found the space inviting, warm and very comfortable. We all had space to relax and we enjoyed our vacation together in this home. Thanks to Bill and Heather for their very responsive and friendly approach. We enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable and pool was lovely.

I enjoyed the area and plan on returning in the near future. I believe this a hidden gem. The pleasure of having an amazing host is a great asset as well.

The house was perfect for our girls trip. It had everything we needed plus things we didnt realize we needed. It's the perfect location close to all the beaches, shops and restaurants. The huge patio and pool with the lanai was perfect for hanging outside, which is where we ended up spending most of our time. The entire house was spacious and beautifully decorated, it felt more like a home then rental house. the house was clean and Bill and Heather were very qick and responsive when i messaged them. We hope to rent this house again in the future. I would highly recommend.

Bill and Heathers Airbnb was a 10/10. It was super clean and had lots of fun activities to do. My family and I loved the pool area and the game room. It was the perfect airbnb to spend quality time with family. Wish we booked more days! 😂

Everything was very great and easy check in and check out. Pool was nice and well maintained it seemed. Everything was exactly how it was advertised. Kitchen and bathrooms are little dated but was expecting that from the photos but everything seemed well maintained. It was on a main road but wasn’t a problem at all. Only in town for a wedding so it suited our needs perfectly.

Piscine chauffée avec pleins de jeux pour les enfants, garage rempli de jeux pour adultes (billard etc) Accessoires de plage fournis Rien à prévoir pour la cuisine, il y a sel, poivre, huile, produit vaisselle etc Le lit de la chambre principale est immense, toutes les chambres sont bien grandes Place pour la voiture juste devant la maison, supermarché à 5 min en voiture rien

We loved everything about this house. There was so much to do there that I didn't even care if we went anywhere except to eat. There is so much entertainment right there. The pool was great and the way it lights up at night was beautiful. The game room was so much fun. This house is great if you have kids, teens or even adults that like to have fun. Everything you need is there and I was excited that they even provided beach chairs. The host was great to answer any questions I had. I would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it to anyone. We love this house! I forgot to get a picture of the pool lights at night. Honestly I cannot think of anything else this house needs. It was fantastic!

This house was perfect for our group of 8 (6 adults, 2 teenagers). Bedrooms were comfortable, garage hangout area was fun, and the heated pool was perfect for daytime and evening enjoyment. Bill and Heather were very responsive and everything was as advertised.

Another great trip to Florida!!! Our family loved your home and the backyard and pool area were a favorite! What a beautiful area of Florida! We will be back!

This house was absolutely amazing! The hidden pool was such a beautiful surprise, and the design of the home is stunning while still feeling warm and comfortable—truly like home. Everything was well thought out, clean, and relaxing. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and didn’t want to leave. I will definitely return and will be recommending this place to my friends. This place was fantastic! Stayed here with the wifey and three kiddos. We were all very comfortable. Felt rite at home soon as we walked through the door. Kids LOVED the outdoor space/pool. Proximity to beaches etc was great. Pool was heated well. We swam every day. Even when outside temps were in the low 40’s!!

If I could give this place a 10 star I would. The cleanest Airbnb I have been to. Immaculate. Lots of entertainment for little ones as well as adults. I love how they thought of all the details. From toys for the pool to makup towels. Strollers and high chairs. Even had goodies for us when we arrived. Response was quick everytime. Only regret was not staying longer to enjoy all this Airbnb has to offer. But we will definitely be returning. Thank you !

Great location and perfect size. Had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house has a cool, 60s/70s vibe with plenty of amenities. Lots of natural light in the main rooms, plenty of space to spread out and adult kids loved hanging out in the game room. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The couch was comfortable and perfect for watching movies on the mounted tv. Overall, would happily stay again!

If you’re in town for events at/near IMG, this is a perfect location! Spacious rooms, big entertainment spaces, peaceful backyard, and everything you need!

After traveling in from California it was so nice to stay at a great house that was spotless, had plenty of space, and we loved the game room setup especially the ping pong table! Close in proximity to good food and because we were at the IMG Academy it was SUPER convenient! This will be option #1 for future trips that way.

Bill and Heather’s place was great place to stay. Very responsive with some minor issues which were resolved very quickly. Looking forward to staying again!

We had the most pleasant stay in this beautiful home! Everything was just as it was described. Wish we could’ve spent more time poolside since we were there for a lacrosse tournament. Loved the amenities! Thought the makeup towels were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this lovely home!!
